[Archived] 144hz 1ms monitor input lag 7ms static

I bought a 144hz 1ms monitor, but in the game the ms do not drop below 7 or 6.9

Components:
144hz 1ms monitor
Intel i5
nvidia GTX 1060




osu! version: Stable 20200918.3 (latest)

unlimited, anyway I tried everything that appears in the link but that is the one that gives me the best results

7ms is 144fps, so something is capping your framerate.

Is the monitor Gsync? Check your drivers and disable anything related to Gsync, Vsync or any other sync.

can it be gpu 1 (cpu) instead gpu 0 (gpu)?

If you have a system where your GPU has to go through your IGPU to display (Laptops)
Try checking the settings in those drivers.

Also that image is like 20 pixels, we can't see anything.

can it be opengl driver error (when i install osu! appears a window appears that says "can`t find intel graphic")?

That means you should try updating your Intel graphics drivers. And also try disabling compatibility mode by opening the "osu!.pcname.cfg" file in your osu! install folder and setting these lines to 0:
CompatibilityContext = 0
CanForceOptimusCompatibility = 0

drivers is already updated and that settings in my .cfg is the same

can it be my monitor?

Your monitor is not capping your framerate. Something else on your system is, whether it's drivers, or a setting somewhere. Unfortunately we can't really help other than tell you that much, since we don't have access to your PC to fiddle around with stuff.
