we're in quarantine and i haven't go play outside with friends for about months, i hate about my useless daily life and my stress is piling up. i lost my appetite so i'm not gaining any muscle, moreover i lost weight very much. imagine me 170+cm with 45kg(99lbs) QwQ
i hope i can get my appetite back, also my workout spirit. i pray for you and me to have our motivation back!!
