I want to collaborate with you and create a web-site on PHP using framework Laravel.
This site will be using as "list of osu!tournaments" where organizers can publish there tournament announcements with detailed information.

i did want to do this too like half a year ago but was discouraged. someone told me that others were already doing something similar. and i was also told that in osu!lazer the tournament management would get completely overhauled anyways so it'd not be worth it.

if anyone does have some more information about that - it'd definitely be interesting.
