After having seen and participated in several team matches that had unevenly matched teams, I say this is an excellent idea in my opinion, and I like the concept of two options for evening by rank and by accuracy.

It's a good idea. Sometimes when we play together, it would be nice if we could quickly share equally powerful teams.
