You should try SoulWorker if you haven't yet, it's not based on an actual anime but has just anime style. I played it for hours with my friends and it was always a lot of fun, but you can meet new people aswell since it's a multiplayer game with a lobby where you can talk with other players. The game isn't the best anime game at all but it's free on Steam so it doesn't cost anything to try it
