This is a simple JavaScript tool for creating hitburst animations. Give it a transparent PNG and apply simple animations like fade, shrink, rotation, blur, or drop, then export a zip of the hitburst files.
Completely client side web app. No need to download, install, or sign up for anything to run.
Made this because I keep seeing the same hitbursts being used and most animation tools have rather significant barrier to entry.
More fine tuned animation controls, and possibly more animation options planned.
