Well, I've looked at the first 50 secs, honestly, it's fine, but it doesn't seem 'Hard'. Could be normal? Maybe change the difficulty to normal, and maybe look at my suggestions for a possible different difficulty. From what I've heard (until 1min 39secs), I guess the beats are fine to me, you don't have to change them. (If you do not understand any part what I've said so far clarify with me, don't want to screw your diffculty :x )

00:14:998 - maybe move the circle to 00:14:807
00:15:380 - move the slider to 00:15:189
00:16:144 - add a circle here
00:17:578 to 00:17:673 - add 2 circles/a slider here
00:18:055 - add a circle
00:18:437 - move the slider to 00:18:246, add a circle to 00:19:584
00:23:788 (3) - shorten it to 00:23:979
00:24:552 - maybe change this part, put a circle at 00:24:361, and have 5 circles from 00:24:743 to 00:25:508, gap between them same as those last 2 circles in that time period you already have there.
00:26:272 - add a beat here?

These suggestions give you any idea of a possible new difficulty?

    Universal BPM is no problem 4/4
  2. offset: 99500
    BPM: 157.000 3/4
  3. offset: 111729
    BPM: 157.000 4/4
  4. imo, Timing Points at offset: 215649 and 217560 unneeded
    because Timing Points at offset: 215649 is still 4/4, there is the downbeats here 03:37:177
  5. why you stop Kiai here 01:13:513 and here 02:51:284 ? it's more better to continue the kiai time.
  6. second kiai time should end here 03:10:072
  7. i think this isn't chorus 04:02:209 - why you use Kiai time btw?
if you use my timing, don't forget to re-snap all notes, sliders, and the inherited green points.

So i need to keep this on.

Okay, maybe i used too musch distance snapping that causes a few jumps that is not good in normal :(
