Not only I am very inexperienced when it comes to hitsounding this map that I mapped is very vocal and there is one very quiet clap in the background of the chorus that I didn't even put notes to. If someone could help that would be great.

Clap on beat 2 and 4 of the beat signature, whistle on the vocals, finish on the start of the chorus

can I get a better definition for vocals because if I were to put a whistle on any note she sings every note would be whistles

I think its fine whistle on every notes as long it's active rhythm ,if your vocal rhythm is simplified with using slider then you could give whistle on the start of the slider to makes more sense that simplified rhythm and reduce whistle spam
