Sometimes I find myself wanting to scroll faster and more accurately through my beatmaplist.
You can always hold down the right mouse button to achieve this, but I do think this option should also be available.

There really isn't an efficient way of looking through thousands of songs. If you could drag the scroll bar, you'd be skipping 30 songs within a centimeter of your mouse movement.
Right click works, but it's too fast or too slow most of the time.
Support. It would be useful on touchscreens or tablets.
