Video jumping time!

I have inserted an avi video into a beatmap. The video played normally in a player but it keeps jumping time when inserted into beatmap. The name of the video is the same as the mp3.... How to solve this problem?.......

If you playtest, the video randomly jumps around?

If so, can you upload the .osz (editor: file->export package...) file anywhere? I'll like to check it.
