I have just started mapping and tried to use a video wallpaper but everytime i try to play the map osu! crashed right then when the video loaded in.
I've tried it on another map and there wasnt the crash.
Is it because the video i used is 2560x1440 pixel big ?

720p video barely runs on low end computer, let alone 2560x1440, which is 2K resolution...

A video's dimensions must not exceed a width of 1280 and a height of 720 pixels. Additionally, upscaling lower resolution video to a higher resolution should be avoided. This ensures video files do not become excessively large or resource intensive.

Also, 2560x1440 is allowed (or more precisely, the maximum dimension) for normal bg for the map. For video, 1280x720 is the limit.
