- This is a 2v2, ScoreV2, team vs osu!std tournament.
- Teams must have between 2 and 4 players.
- Players must be between rank 1 and rank 10,000 at the time registrations close.
- The NoFail mod will be forced on every map except on freemod, where it is recommended to pick it.
- BWS is applied with no rank buffer.
- All players must join the discord server; otherwise, your registration is invalid.
- The tournament will have a qualfiers stage followed by a double elimination bracket starting at either RO64 or RO32.
- There will be a bracket reset in the Grand Finals if the winner of losers bracket wins the match.
- Matches in RO64, RO32, and Ro16 are Best of 9.
- Matches in QF and SF are Best of 11.
- Matches in F and GF are Best of 13.
- Each team gets 1 ban through Ro64 and Ro16 and 2 bans from QF to GF.
- All times are in UTC. Find your own time zone here.
- Mappool Selectors, Playtesters, Referees and Admins are NOT allowed to play in the tournament. However, commentators and streamers ARE allowed to play.
- Reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled match time and 24 hours before the new match time. Reschedules submitted within either of these time windows are not likely to be accepted except in extreme cases (e.g. medical issues, sudden emergencies, etc.).
- Include pending badges as well when signing up.
- The signups will close on September 30th.
- The qualifiers round is estimated to start at October 17th.
- A referee will make the lobby about 10 minutes before the match and ping the captains in the discord server about their match. Players should be online to receive their invites.
- If a team is not in the lobby by 10 minutes after the scheduled match start time, they lose all their bans.
- If a team is not in the lobby by 15 minutes after the scheduled match start time, they forfeit the match.
- Teams will be allowed 1 optional warmup each with a maximum song length of 4:00.
- Captains will !roll to determine pick and ban order. The winner of the roll chooses either the pick order or the ban order, and the loser chooses the remaining order.
- For example, if Team 1 wins the roll and chooses to ban second, Team 2 can choose to either pick first or second.
- From QF to GF, a team may not use both their bans on the same mod pool, unless they double-ban nomod.
- Each team has 120 seconds to pick/ban a map. After a team picks a map, both teams have 120 seconds to ready up for the map.
- NoFail will be enforced on every map.
- NoFail is allowed on the tiebreaker, along with HD, HR, and EZ (1.8x multiplier). Players are not required to take any mods on the tiebreaker.
- In the case of a genuine disconnection in the first 30 seconds of the map, the map may be replayed. This can only be used once in a match per team. If a team disconnects on the same map twice in a row or on two different maps, they must deal with the consequences of their disconnect. This rule is to prevent abuse through manually leaving the game after missing on a map.
- BWS, or Badge Weighted Seeding, is a method that seeds players more accurately based on the number of badges they have, and enforces rank restrictions based on the player's number of badges.
- In other words, BWS "ranks up" players based on the number of badges they have.
- In terms of how much a player ranks up per badge, each badge is worth more than the one before it.
