I found the defination of stream is quite uncertain.
A friend told me 1/4 with 150 BPM / above is defined as a stream.
But another friend claimed that he was able to tap 150 bpm 1/4 with only a single finger so it isnt a stream at all.

So whats your defination of 'stream'?

Well people can Single tap Mendes as well and that is 168 bpm. And i take that as a stream.

I disagree, I sometimes use two fingers for streams that I can easily use one finger for, simply because they are really long or I can play it more accurately by alternating.

I think a better definition would be three or more hitcircles in succession.

If you happen to alternate fairly quickly, you're streaming.
thelewa
A bunch of circles or sliders stacked fairly closely to each other that are usually in 1/4. Can be in 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/8 too.
Whether you can singletap it or not has NOTHING to do with if it's a stream or not. There are maps that have 120bpm streams, do those become streams only when you turn on DT? No, they're streams even without DT.
