yes, press Ctrl+Shift+P to add a green line and then change the volume down into 5%
or use an audioless hitsound. you can probably find one if you ask #modhelp
you don't need to ask in modhelp lol, the only acceptable silent hitsound is this 44-byte file from the audio section of the general RC
