Taiko has about 1/10th the playerbase of Standard so that 5 digit rank would be a 6 digit rank in Standard. Also I always like to say that nobody is overranked. The reason being that your rank is simply the max of what you are capable of. People that can play at a higher skill but are lower ranked are simply not playing every bit of PP they could and are thus underranked
