Hii, I'm basically totally new to skinning and this is my first skin I ever made, I'm using photoshop CS5 (I never use it for this kinda stuff though.)

I'm here to ask for feedback/tips and how to actually turn this into a play-able skin

I guess this part is "Meh"

As you can see the numbers are too big for the rest of the skin, but I actually kinda like that big size. Would it be possible to keep the size like this and just change the background and score and stuff?

Uhmm you should try to make another cursor because this one blends too much with the rest of the skin (such as the spinner, hitcircles). About the numbers, you should resize them properly so it doesn't end up looking like in your screenshots. Another suggestion~ you should consider adding a border to note's numbers. I personally think they look dull and kinda odd without a border or glow effect. Oh and those numbers look too big, you can keep them like that if you want but in my opinion, it would look better if you resize them a lil' bit. I hope this helps! :>
