whenever i save my beatmap, and exit into the menu, and click back into the beatmap all the notes in the song are moved off the white tics by a small amount and they all vary in distance and direction from the white tic so the solution isnt as simple as just ctrl A and moving them back, i want to know how i can stop this from happening and why it happens if possible thanks,

Did you change the BPM sometimes? Because there's no way it could happen with this small amount of information.

problem solved! for anyone wondering i had two red timing points in the same spot, removed one and it stopped screwed up
So I'd assume that they have different BPM right?
