I strongly recommend setting your slider tick rate to 2, fits a lot better with the music.

01:09:630 - Here I'd keep the volume at 60%, 80% seems a bit too loud.

First, a few general comments:
  • Overall it's a bit... linear? I would try to add more curves to your sliders and arrange some stuff in arcs since it's a little rigid at the moment.

    The distance snap is pretty low. I would consider reducing the slider velocity a bit and upping the distance snap. The distance between notes is also pretty inconsistent, which you should try and avoid in a Normal diff.

    Multiple repeats can be confusing for lesser skilled players, I would consider removing them or a least not having a note 1/2 after it ends. It would simplify the rhythm as well, which is important for your easiest difficulty. What you could do for some of these is instead extend them so that they end at the same place in the timeline but without any repeats. e.g. at 01:07:986 (http://puu.sh/1ECLS) If you set the slider tick rate to 2 then you'll still be following the lyrics

    Also, in terms of difficulty settings I would make these changes:
    Approach Rate - 1
    Overall Difficulty - 1
00:40:041 - Slider velocity changes can be confusing and cause slider breaks, in lower difficulties especially. - I would change the slider velocity here to something like 0.75x here instead of 0.5x so it's less jarring.
00:46:000 - Sounds weird having nothing here, I would move 00:46:205 (5) - so it starts there
01:09:219 (3) - I would reduce this to just one repeat and add a note at 01:09:630 - It sounds weird atm since there's nothing in the music at 01:09:527

Nothing else really jumps out at me particular, though the hitobject placement is pretty messy. It plays decently though. I would focus on improving the hitobject placement (By that I mean on the grid, not on the timeline - you've followed the music quite well imo).

Overall the same sort of things as I said in normal, try and cut down on linear patterns, add more curves yada yada.

Overall:
These singers suck.
You need an easier osu!standard diff, to the best of my knowledge. I haven't been as active in the modding scene as I used to be, but I think that 3.65 is a little high for the easiest diff in a map, even if it is a normal.
I thank you for using claps on 2 and 4. However, it sometimes feels like it's too much, as you're using the claps to follow the rhythm instead of the drums. Let the song and the notes create the drive while the claps stay on 2 and 4. If it feels too empty, soft whistles can add a nice touch. I could say a lot about the hitsounds, but it's pretty amazing how much "Add claps on 2 and 4" does to make a map sound better.
00:56:479 - even if you don't use kiai here, add a 1/4 long kiai to use the fountain, it feels fitting as it contrasts heavily from the rest of the song.

01:15:588 (6,7) - Plays awkwardly because of the weird stacks. Maybe just make it follow the path it was going on before it had to overlap? Changed it around a little. I hope it doesn't look too bad.

Seems very 1/1y, especially in the beginning. You can do creative patterns and still have a normal diff~ I'll try to work on that.

If I was going to change it, I would do two sliders, not a slider and 2 circles. I will consider it for a while.

For the futsuu, a little higher SV? I feel it too slow. x1.0 can be good since it's low-BPM song. I was going to do something like this, but I must have forgotten. Ok.
A muzukashii can be good but only if follow the percussion and the piano ( I think it can be cool 8-) ) I might add one, but probably not.
