i know its possible, but can't remember the code now....dam
Go into your skin's folder, and look for the 4K, 5K, 6K, 7K and/or 8K ini files. What you want to do is change this line:
ColumnStart:100The number is how many pixels it offsets the play position from the left side of the screen. If you find the right number it'll be in the center of your screen.
It should be around 290 to be at center.
ColumnStart:290

That's work, but I have to apply to every nk.ini files, and I don't know that how much the width for 4k,5k,6k,7k or 8k is.
290 pix is work with 7k, but doesn't fit with the other.
My idea is to have the changeable option to change the default layout in option menu, so the player who doesn't know about coding can have it.

Edited : I got next problem now. After change the column offset in .ini files, I can't watch online replay anymore because osu.exe keep crashing every time.
For reference, I'm using 1366x768 and the offset that I found very fine is :
4k 365
5k 355
6k 345
7k 335
8k 325

isnt the layout for 1 key 100pixels then 8 keys = 800? therye the same notes just multiplied
