Because scorebar.png restricts positions of note.
See the picture above, it's harder to see the note due to scorebar.png.
Also appears above scorebar.png in ouendan/EBA, I think it should be fixed.
score-numbers are the same.

scorebar is transparent, and is considered a foreground UI element. i have no intention of changing this, as it was a design choice.
