SpunOut SPM should depend on current spinner length... [duplicate]

Self-explanatory

Since some people complain about this spunout mod, "Arggghh it can't finish some spinners D:" or something like that. (Do they complain, really?)
I just thought, why not make its spinner speed depend on the current spinner length?

For example:
Short/Ninja-spinners, very common at older maps, and has a length of less than 1 second.
Because the length of the spinner is too short, it should spin at 477 SPM to get 300s.
(Although you can't get 300s in some short spinners, even if you let AutoPlay do the job)

Medium-length spinners, these are the most common ones,
Not too short, not too long, maybe 380 SPM will do.

Long spinners, usually found at the beginning (ex. Light My Fire) and/or at the end of the map (ex. one's future)
Yes, LOOOONNNGG spinners, so 286 SPM.

How about its multiplier? stick at 0.9x.

Would t/29196 work? Nobody asked for the exact same thing, so I'm seeing if I can go ahead and mark this duplicate.

That one is referring to HP drain and OD, while the one I'm having is about the spinner length.
But that's better than what I requested.

Go ahead and mark this as duplicate, I'll just bump that thread later.
