I enterred an oil company with some "good service". The first month's salary was 80$, which is unreduced. It's good in the beginning, I work in 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM in tomorrow. I stood usually for six to seven hours and I was just exhausted by the second day. I adjusted to this a half year later.
Then it changed, the transfer time changed to 4:00 PM, so our work time is a night shift and a second work day with not much rest at night. So when you're sleeping smoothly in 2:00 AM, the alrm clock rang and it's your turn to work. There goes the second work day. We only have 3 hours of sleeping time and 21 hours of work time. Every three times the machine will stop automatically. You had to delete the recorded three times to start filling, which increases immense labor.
My body deteriorated after 25: headache, insomnia, deterioration of memory, intermittent coughing, immune system low, and many others.
In checking, there are rules as much as hair on your head: a minor check every month and a major check every three months. You were fined every check. If you had a good boss, it would be lesser, if you had a bad boss, then prepare to cry like a bitch next to the machines. There will be secret visits where they sent some staff who pretends they are customers, they will lure you make a fault and take pictures with their camera with a fine of from 150$ to 250$. You can't say shit when they had the pictures. Last time I bent my waist a little more because I'm tired, and they took 30$ away from me for not standing straight.
Can you understand what we're going through? Can you stop complaining? How can we be well in midnight in winter when the weather's like ten, twenty degrees below zero? You're quite neat in that car of yours. Now customers sure know how to pretend! You want invoices and this and that every time you fill. We didn't have enough rest time and can you even laugh? I think the one who really laughs are the bosses!
