[duplicate] Skin editor similar to map editor?

I've been trying out skinning for a little while and its a little difficult because its not so straight forward unlike the osu map editor. Something like clicking a hitcircle in the app will
show the circle and you can edit things like the normal combo color, font, and overall design.

That's a really good idea. You could make your skin elements in photoshop and then import them to osu!. Then you could have a GUI to modify the skin.ini, organise the files, preview gameplay, etc.
