The request is pretty simple. I sometime wonder how much people are spinning fast while being spectated or which rank are they (otherwise simply the normal lateral ranking chart) WHILE the flashlight mod is on.
This would be also useful when you watch your replay when you played something with FL.

Having the rankings visible is a duplicate of t/102056/. Your other request is unique, but it's similar enough to the first that I suggest you post it in the thread I linked.
