While making my map I found out that the blue part of a break has a limit to how far it can go. Unfortunately, it wouldn't fit in the song if I placed it 3 beats earlier. The bookmark in the top timeline is where I want it to be.

I was curious to know if it was possible to fix this in the .osu file.
I've looked at help/wiki/osu!_File_Formats/Osu_(file_format)#breaks to try to find something but it might not even be the thing I'm looking for.
