Would it be possible to single-session block the little message that appears on the bottom of the screen that says a new version of osu! is available? Sometimes I just want to grab a few beatmaps from the Help/Completed, take a look at them, and provide input on them back on the forums, but lately my version of osu! is consistently out of date (you code faster than I play apparently) and that message is always popping up at the bottom of my screen whenever I change menus, occasionally blocking out my access to some buttons.
Being able to click a small "x" in the corner of the screen to say "don't remind me again this play session" would be pretty handy, at least for me. As much as you must hate to hear it, sometimes I can't be arsed to update the client, and just want to help out on the beatmap forum every now and again.
Aaaaargh but if you can't be bothered it's fine, because within the next week PHP will stop nipping at my heels and I'll have more time anyhow (and will try to keep my presence and client up to speed).
By the way, I absolutely love the way osu! handles osz files now. I have a memory that's worth nothing, and I will download a bunch of beatmaps to test, and only end up testing one or two because I've forgotten about the rest of em, but now osu! is doing the remembering and auto-selecting for me, and that's awesome.
