I had just entered the world of anime in mid 2011 and manga a few weeks ago. So some listed might be made/created in the mid '90's.

Best Anime of 2012: Haruhi Suzumiya
Runner up: K-ON!
Favorite OVA: Black Rock Shooter OVA
Favorite Movie: The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
Favorite OP: either one of these; Black Rock Shooter, Super Driver (from Haruhi Suzumiya), Snow Fairy (from Fairy Tail op 1)
Favorite ED: Don't Say Lazy (from K-ON!)
Favorite OST: either U&I (from K-ON!!) or God Knows (from Haruhi Suzumiya)
Biggest Disappointment/Worst Anime of 2012: To Heart

Favourite show: probably JoJo, not much else jumps out at me. Fate/Zero continuation good too.
OPs/EDs: JoJo op, don't mind Shin Sekai Yori or Hunter x Hunter's first and second EDs
Disappointments: SAO after a half-decent first episode, Hayate after being a fan of the series generally.
Best characters: probably JoJo(s) again.
Worst: most everyone from Mirai Nikki, except the one Wakamoto voiced naturally.
Average year for the most part, this season was pretty good though.
