Most likely, since you aren't exactly playing if you'd use something like that.
That would be an interesting hobby project for a burgeoning roboticist
but if your objective was to cheat at osu! with it, you could just become good in the time it would take to make that thing. By playing. you'd also not get caught cheating as an added bonus
I realize that OP is using the question as a structure around which to post this video not in the General Youtube thread though, so just repost it there
