Do you guys have/had tendonitis/carpal tunnel from playing osu mania? I think when you play mania, your hands are in tension can you get tendonitis or carpal tunnel because of this?

If your hands are tensed up when you're playing, you should play some easier stuff and / or warmup properly. tensed hand muscles are a recipe for disaster and also limits your range of motion which will hurt your overall accuracy and stamina. loose hands paired with deliberate and precise movements tends to be a more effective way to play, not to mention more ergonomically friendly.

I'm also not a doctor or nurse, nor are most of the users here. I'd recommend talking to a medical professional if you're concerned about the potential of wrist and hand injury.

Haha, this is a pretty funny coincidence. I just got wrecked last night from what another user described as nerve damage. But its a result of playing really irresponsibly.
