ok i wanna upload a video of me playing osu onto youtube but i can't find a program thats good. each program i try slows down the playback or my computer

So can any of you suggest me a program? PLZ!!

FRAPS is your best bet, but if that slows your computer down, then I suggest you get a more powerful PC.
