Would you like skins with multiple versions rendered for you specific PC, as in a skin that has animations at 165HZ 144HZ 120HZ ETC...

after some testing it has come to my attention low HZ monitors will wandle High framerate animations... THAT BEING SAID. Rendering these animations at lower HZ will lower lag for Low END PC's
