I was once surfing on Youtube, and I found a game called Clone Hero.
Clone Hero is a Fan-Made version of Guitar Hero, it has a great community, its almost the same gameplay as the original game, etc. etc.
but there is one thing... one thing... that's called Modcharts.

What the fuck its a Modchart? Maybe You're asking.

A Modchart is a normal chart but with background video that makes it look like its modified.
Do you remember Aleph-0? Its sort like that.

I wanted to recreate some of those on osu!mania, but when I started mapping, I realized I couldn't modify the highway, even in the storyboard tab.

So please, Dean Herbert & team, add editable highways.

I am assuming "highway" you are referring to is the "stage", where notes go down.

Here is a spreadsheet of all skinnable elements and skin settings. What I suggest is that you remove the current stage by making column width 0, and shifting the stage off to the side. Skin all the notes and gameplay elements to be blanks. Then it's a matter of storyboarding what you would like.

Check out this beatmap for some inspiration. They use a storyboard and a custom skin to make that effect.
