Woke up randomly at 6:30 AM, was so sleepy but couldn't go back to sleep..

Went to sleep at 7:30. It is now 16:16 and I just woke up. So about 8 hours.

first I get the first sleep in 2 days and sleep for about 12 hours, waking up at 8 am. Went to bed 3 am and slept until 9 am the following day.
Felt extremely tired and fell asleep at 9 pm the same day, but this time waking up at 2 am and being completely unable to sleep. Getting so ridiculously tired by 10 am that I decided to sleep for a few more hours, resulting in waking up at 7:30 pm (an hour ago) .... fml
