Offset Problem

I'm having a problem with the Local Beatmap Offset feature in Osu Mania.

I know that I can adjust the Offset by pressing the +/- keys, but it doesn't work with my new pc. The screen shows that I have adjusted the speed, but it doesn't reflect on the gameplay itself. So, whether I adjust the speed to +15 or +30, it's still at the same speed. Can anyone help me?

Have you got your scale osu!mania speed with BPM off?
if you do switch it off and try it again

bro... offset is for adjusting the audio latency. if you want to modify the scroll speed press f3/f4 while playing or shift(or ctrl, i forgot)+f3/f4 in song select.

Ya to reiterate scroll speed and beatmap offset are different. Scroll speed changes the speed which the notes move, and are adjusted with F3 and F4 in song or ctrl+/- in the menu. Offset changes the timing of the audio and notes in case your headset or game has audio lag (which is not what you are trying to fix). Try clicking F3 and F4 at the beginning of a song and see if that helps.

Hi! Pressing the F3 and F4 keys worked! Thank you for the help! I didn't know this before because in my old pc, it adjusts the scroll speed by simply pressing the + and -, and that's all I've ever done all this time whenever I needed to adjust speeds. Thanks again! :D
