Do you love TAG CO-OP or/and TAG VS? This is a right thread for you - providing quality discussion about the forgiven, but an awesome team mode.

Do you think that there should be more love for TAG? Should be there more activity for TAG? Who is your favorite TAG player? How many players do you prefer in TAG CO-OP? RED or BLUE team? What color are you using for TAG? What is the best play you have done with your team? Speak loud!

I'd like to add TKiller's DJ YOSHITAKA - ALBIDA into the mix. Fun map on TAG.

Also, REDGENDARY is best team, of course.

I played a lot of co-op with others and while experimenting on many maps we have discovered that Atama Nogard is quite possibly the best 2-player map ever made, its combo spread is really good for teamplay.

Do I need to add every single KIRBY MIX? They are also pretty awesome tier when it comes to TAG.

TAG is the best thing ever. Used to always try to find a room whenever I felt like multiplayer. Anyway off the top of my head these maps are great in TAG:

Conagusuri - Hina Choco Dark Matter
Tsunku - Ping-Pong
Cres - End Time

Also basically playing any well made map w/ HD in TAG is fun, you have to really pay attention to the beats to know when to come in, especially streams that are broken up in several combos.

Oh god, I remember this one. Grand gold. I'll add these in a sec. Added some KIRBY MIXes (only few so far) + some other cool stuff people suggested in-game.

EDIT: Murfle, third map - what difficulty is it? I am unable to download the map currently.

It's a map by soulfear that's graved - should we keep the list to ranked maps, since graved maps usually aren't always available?

We can try to upload them somewhere else (some maps are in puush for example) in case we can't get easily access to the graved map.

EDIT: I got the map now tho and added.

So what we learned today? This map on Symphonic Love ain't so great for TAG.

The way TAG works doesn't allow for good gameplay on this map

TAG is a team mode in multiplayer which allows players to take turns every combo. In this mode you can't really carry the team by yourself, but instead it's all about overall team performance. TAG CO-OP is where you play the whole song from 2 to 8 players together. TAG VS is where you can split into two teams and see which team can handle the tagging better.

I didn't find any TAG VS videos on YouTube (this mode really needs replay feature), but here's TAG CO-OP by someone.



And I'll just drop two examples from our matches yesterday.



Notice the scores in TAG VS. You can't really carry no matter how well you're doing.

Are you a bumper? Play with us, goddammit.

In other news, there's some TAG mapping going on, starting with Witch Doctor which has pretty much done TAG4 diff - feedback would be nice. Mr Color is also working on Her Majesty and will be totally awesome once he gets it finished.

I'm also trying to get some TAG gameplay videos on YouTube due they are quite a rare sight in there.
