Hey, Im searching for a skin with noticable followpoints and the Slider-Circles should be different then the normal circles. It doesn't matter whether you did the skin yourself or u downloaded it from another person.

Take a look at the skins in the Completed Skins Compendium. You should be able to find a skin that you like there.
