Change Difficulty button in Multiplayer

It would be a small addition, but I think it would clear up confusion when switching difficulties. When you need to switch difficulties, is tells everyone that the Host is changing maps, which then prevents you from clicking on the map to download it. I think it is wasteful to have to load the entire beatmap list again to change difficulties. It would be much more helpful if there was a button with a dropdown to select difficulties that would not interfere with the current map status.

Thoughts?

Move the "Host is changing map" to the host's slot instead?
That would making the background grey-color'ish on the slot as well.

And if you play Vuvuzela? Or other maps with many diffs
Adding a scroll-bar?

I do like the idea, but I prefer the regular way of changing difficulties.

since you can't switch difficulties, you have to "change the beatmap" in order to select the difficulty you want. so other people would see "Host is changing the map..." and thus can't download the song.
