It's not a bad start, but the timing needs work... Most of the notes don't even line up at all. Make sure all your maps have an offset set in the timing menu, which you can get by clicking where it says "Tap Here" when you hear the first beat. And try to never be manually timing each note - they should go on to the lines in the timing bar, preferably the 1/4 beats or greater.

55 is also a REALLY slow BPM. I suggest doubling it, and redoing all your sliders (rather than simply halving their velocity), because at the moment they're extremely slow (especially for what you're calling a Hard beatmap, although I wouldn't say it's that hard). After you do that, make sure you recalculate slider lengths and resnap notes (with 1/4 beat snap on) in the Timing menu, and then go through the song to get it all right again.

I got an offset of 347, although there's no way you can trust me to be right because I'm pretty bad at timing. I'll look at it some more, though.
