Just imaginge if that were the case. It would add another layer of difficulty to osu! and create so many more amazing clips

The idea reminds me of the disco minigame in yakuza, where you get more points based on how many tiles you move through before stopping on the one where you need to click. However translating such a mechanic from the 21 tiles in the yakuza disco game to the play area of an osu! map wouldn't really work. How should the score be calculated? Total distance traveled between hit objects? If that were the case "cursordancing" would devolve into spazzing out as much as possible between hits. Maybe some kind of "cursordance" mod that added object that you could not click but rather move the cursor through for extra score could be possible.
