How do I make an .gif in skin, I just want to know.

You make a png file per frame and you name them like this :

scorebar-bg-0.png <-- first frame in the animation

scoreabr-bg-1.png <-- second frame 

etc.

You basically add "-[number]" at the end. (i used scorebar-bg as a example)

Also the

AnimationFramerate=

line in your skin.ini can be used to fine tune how fast the animation is.
