As I approach 5 digit I am now wondering how close I am to getting it, so yeah. I would like to know who is rank #99999 right now (as of 4/22/2020) and how much PP I need to get to five digit!

Ok firstly, osu only show performance ranking until 10000, so we don't actually know who exactly is the #99999 as of now.
Secondly, with many players ranking up and down, the dude who's #99999 ranked will probably change frequently.
Thirdly, I'm not really sure how much pp you need to reach 5 digits but by the looks of your account try to reach around 3500-4000 pp then maybe you'll reach 5 digits.

I mean, you can already get to 5 digits if you just grinding a bit more.
