I need help mapping something that has no BPM

I wanted to map that map. It seems simple, it has melody and I can imagine the layout of circles and sliders in my head. I want to start mapping it, but I have to set a BPM. I tried tapping to it, but there's not really anything to tap to. Can an experienced mapper help me? Thanks!

It does has BPM, but rather inconsistent. I suggest just don't map it, seriously. Inconsistent BPM is always a pain to even experienced mappers.
