Make relax/autopilot failable

Currently, relax/autopilot mod automatically activates no-fail, there are no options to configure this setting.


Although relax/autopilot mods are not ranked, making no-fail an option would be more flexible for players that desire to test their ability on a particular skill set. (such as timing/accuracy)


Some minor adjustments in code would be required, but there are virtually no downsides.
