An incident

Hello, guys.
Today i had an ancident.
I want talk to you about this "small" problem
1 hour ago I connected to "ctb" channel, i typed on english with dudes, but suddenlt i met my russian friend, which "не говорил по английски" (do not speak English). I started typing russian.(cuz on english he cant understood me)
After few seconds..3rd russian player connected. we started chat with him too.
But as you know "ctb" only for english.. Korean,Russian,Dutch,French,German must suck dick in other side.. you cant even type any your motherland word. You'll be instanly silenced.
So i guess "ctb" must become international. As you think that my iP must be banned - do it!

because its an international chatroom and the rules say you have to talk english. getting silenced for breaking the rules only makes sense

#ctb is like #osu and you're supposed to talk English.
If you want to talk Russian then go to #russian

No, you can't. #ctb is not a language-specific channel, and as such, english is to be used in it (the only exception is #lobby).

yep, russian is the only language you arent allowed to speak, because there are only english and russian, other languages dont excist

other people have pretty much said it, #ctb is an international channel and therein is english only like the rest of them. don't want to join #russian? tough shit. make a skype account and add your friends on there if you absolutely must.
