you can just disable video in the map settings by moving your cursor to the bottom to the screen at the start of the map, or you can disable all videos in the settings
if you really want to get rid of the video on that map beyond just disabling it, open the map in the editor (F3 > Edit with the map selected in song select), go to File > Open Song Folder in the top left corner, and delete the video file
