Getting more to upload beatmaps

If you delete your own beatmap, will you be able to have more slots to upload maps?

Pending map will go to graveyard within 30 days, while you can only delete graveyaded maps so deleting maps won't affect anything. The two only situation where pending slot changes are when you buy supporter or when you have a ranked map.
