I found like 1 month ago a list with all the bn and their thing where i could send my beatmap (forum q/pm/forms), i think it was a google docs link or smthing but i cant find it anymore.

try searching for a doc in your browser history? should be a https://docs.google.com link. Or you can also try the "shared with me" selection in google drive if you accessed it when you were logged in your google account
