2012 Christmas Modding Queue

I know it is a bit early, but in hope that people will get Christmas songs out in a reasonable timeframe, I am starting this queue now. As a BAT I'll try to make sure as many Christmas songs as possible are ranked by Christmas day, but everyone is free to help out (All BATs and Mods are also free to change the op as they wish).

Rules:
1. Must be a Christmas song (show at least some relationship between winter, snow, or Christmas)
2. Must post before Christmas day (This queue will close on Christmas day)
3. Have fun

a Christmas Modding Queue was opened by Dangaard last year,so I guessed someone will do that this year. xD
but seems this queue was opened too early (I remembered Dangaard opened the queue in December),and yeah it will be a huge work.
anyway,good luck with this queue. :)

If you followed last year's queue, I worked a fair bit with Dan to get the queue running, but we did notice that there were a lot of late submissions last year. To counter that, I decided to take some initiative and start the queue earlier. I admit that I should have asked Dan first, but I don't think he will mind.

Just having a snow bg doesn't exactly cut it......
This queue was meant for songs that at least fit the winter category, not just the bg picture.
Saying no for now.

Thanks for offering your help. I will take all the help I can get this year since I really want to this year to be better than the last. (For any other modder/MAT/BAT, feel free to accept any map on this list. The goal of this queue is to get Christmas songs ranked by Christmas so we can have an amazing holiday season.)

Just wanted to say that this idea is great. I love playing new Christmas maps around Christmas time and there were way too few ranked last year. Good luck~

Basically.

The basic plan is that every map on the list will be that me or another MAT/BAT will be able to help a map enough to get it to a bubble-able state, and then someone else will rank it....

As for general status of the queue, I am a little busy this weekend, so probably no modding from me. However, when have free time, I will work on the maps on the list as much as possible. I promise that I will put in a fair amount of time on this queue as Christmas rolls around (and the school quarter ends).

That map is fine. Just saying that the previous few maps were all added.
As I stated before, I'll work on them when I have time...definitely before Christmas.

Song name: snow flake*, opening of the game Manatsu no Yoru no Yuki Monogatari (Midsummer Snow Night). So basically snow & winter theme.

Opening of a fandisc for a winter themed game + snow in video. Basically, same thing as above (snow & winter theme).

Both aren't really Christmas themed song and the 1st song sounds a bit depressing, but I think the second song fits well with the Christmas mood. I really can't think of anything to map for Christmas and doesn't look like there is anything Christmas related coming out. Let me know if they're fine so I can work on one of these songs and get it ready before the deadline.

lol I don't think conquering Japan counts as Christmas themed. As for the 2 songs you propsed, I guess I can add them onto the queue since they have some relation to winter... I won't guarantee I'll be able to get to them when the time comes, nor will I guarantee anyone else modding them in the name of Christmas. I will just mod them when I get to them....

I'm actually very glad to see a new christmas queue this year. I would help as well, if I had more time for this (quite busy with uni these days). It's true that last year there were quite a lot late submissions, so the earlier you submit your map here the more likely it is to get it ranked by the end of the year.
