With a recent update, peppy introduced the "super-idle" mode that kicks in at the main menu after a while. This has the nasty effect of no longer playing songs while osu! runs in the background :[
I like to use osu! as a music player, and I don't really see any other reason for people to idle osu!, so I personally would like things back the way they were :S
Perhaps an option to turn off "super-idling" would be nice. No need to remove it entirely.
