improve sample import's user exprience

Import and delete should move to upon basic,don't mix them with sample adding
and rename delete as del sample

I deleted my sample twice when i was putting samples...

move reset besides apply
the cancel button just seems a close button,have no unsave effects,plz just rename it to close

add some shortcut keys.
also i want to search samples and drag the window bigger to show more samples

and sample import doesn't works on slider.
